Manage your profile, security, and school access

Update your own workspace profile, verify or recover your login, manage the current session, and review school logins when authorized.

Profile and Security are available to signed-in team members; Access is owner/admin-only.

Keep your own identity and login secure, while using the separate Access registry only for school-wide login administration.

Available to

All signed-in team members can use Settings → Account → Profile and Security. Only owners and admins with access-management permission can open Access.

Before you start

Know the correct name and timezone for your own account. Security emails go to the verified login email shown on the page; the Profile email field cannot be changed there.

Steps

Update your profile

  1. Open Settings → Account → Profile.
  2. Review the disabled Email field. Contact support if the login email must change.
  3. Update First name, Last name, Preferred name, and Timezone. Each field saves when you leave it.

Verify, recover, or leave the session

  1. Open Account → Security.
  2. Under Login email, select Send verification email if the status says Verification required.
  3. Under Password recovery, select Send recovery email when you need a single-use recovery link.
  4. Complete recovery from the verified email. Successful recovery signs out every earlier session.
  5. Review Sensitive action confirmation before an Owner access change; password confirmation remains active for up to 10 minutes.
  6. Under Current session, select Sign out to leave the dashboard on this device.

Manage school access

  1. If you are an owner or admin, open Account → Access.
  2. Review the Access registry for active logins and their linked staff or account records.
  3. Select Open access record to inspect one login.
  4. Select Copy link to share the school signup link only with an intended person whose email matches a record in the school.
  5. Select Rotate link when the previous signup link should no longer be used, then share the new copied link through an appropriate channel.
  6. Select Revoke access only for a non-owner login that should no longer enter the school workspace.

What happens next

Profile updates appear under your signed-in identity. Verification and recovery events are recorded in security history where available. Signup-link members appear in Access after they create a matching login, and revoked non-owner access can no longer use the school workspace.

If you do not see this option

Access is owner/admin-only. Signup links and access changes are disabled in the public demo. Send recovery email also requires a verified login email.
