Create your first website preview

Turn your school profile, programs, forms, and approved images into a private first website preview.

Available in a real school workspace to people with Website management access.

Create a private first preview that brings together the school information you want prospective families to see.

Available to

Owners and admins with Website management access can create the first preview in a real school workspace. Website generation is unavailable in demo schools.

Before you start

Prepare a short headline, a welcoming introduction, and a few words describing the school’s Brand voice. Make sure the services and teachers you want to feature are already present in the dashboard.

If you plan to add images, use JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF files no larger than 10 MB. You must be allowed to publish each image, and every meaningful image needs a useful description for screen-reader users.

Steps

  1. Open Website from the dashboard.
  2. Enter the main Headline, Introduction, and Brand voice.
  3. Under Programs, select the services that should appear publicly.
  4. Choose the teachers to feature. If none should appear, explicitly select Do not feature teachers.
  5. Choose the Trial request form and Contact form that public requests should use.
  6. Review the Primary button and Client button labels.
  7. Add optional public images. Enter alt text for each meaningful image, or mark it as a Decorative image only when it adds no information.
  8. If images are included, select I can publish these images on the school website.
  9. Review the completed setup, then select Create preview.

What happens next

The dashboard prepares a preview and opens the Editor when it is ready. You can review each page, compare desktop and mobile, and ask for specific changes. The first preview also unlocks Setup and Versions in a real school workspace.

If you do not see this option

You may be in a demo school, may not have Website access, or a preview may already exist. If a preview exists, open Editor instead. Complete any highlighted required field before selecting Create preview.
